DeVoe, a 19-year broadcast veteran, replaces "Just Plain" Dave Johnson, who relinquished programming duties to concentrate on his morning show in November 2004. DeVoe's programming experience includes PD stints at KRWP/Houston and WPHI/Philadelphia, and he's also served as Asst. PD/MD at KKBT/Los Angeles, WKSS/Hartford and WPGC/Washington. DeVoe will arrive at the Cumulus CHR/Pop station known as "Z95-7" in early February.
