KELLY D. HICKS has been promoted from Producer to Senior Producer at KCTV in Kansas City. Kelly launched the station's successful new 4:30 p.m. newscast last year. In her new role, she is re-launching the station's morning format. Kelly would also like to announce the birth of her second son, Kyle Christopher, on January 10th. Kelly is represented by NANCY POPKIN, Executive Vice President of Caruso & Company Professional Management Group.
