The new "Non-Stop Traffic" for NBC Action News Today, and 38 The Spot host is Meredith Hoenes. Meredith will be joining on April 30th. Meredith comes fresh from two years behind the morning anchor desk at KRIS-TV in Corpus Christi. Before that, she spent nearly three years as an anchor/reporter at KOMU in Columbia, MO. The move to Kansas City is a homecoming of sorts for Meredith. She was raised in Palmyra, MO and is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia. Just 2 weeks ago traffic reporter and host of 38 The Spot Taunia Hottman left to become the "airborne reporter" at KUSA in Denver.
