Fashion commentator Steven Cojocaru, is leaving People magazine after a decade to focus on his television career. The magazine's West Coast style editor, who regularly appears on the 'Today'' show and 'Entertainment Tonight,'' is developing a talk show with Paramount, said his publicist, Marcy Engelman.
