Country programmer DENE HALLAM is exiting WDAF-FM. The development comes after a leadership change at ENTERCOM a couple of weeks ago when GM BOB ZUROWESTE exited the cluster, as CINDY SCHLOSS is about to move into the post as VP/Market Manager.
