Good News for PAX TV

December 1, 2003

PAX TV reported its best new fall television season primetime performance, averaging over 800,000 homes
and 1.2 million viewers during the week of November 10th. With eight full weeks of the new season completed,
PAX primetime ratings overall grew +16% in adults 25-54 and +22% in adults 18-49 in the last four weeks versus
the prior four. Rating gains for PAX TV shows over the same period of time are as follows: Adults 18-49 Adults 25-54

Commenting on the ratings growth, Rob Hebenstreit, VP/Research, said, "We are seeing strong and sustained
growth in all key demos, especially adults 18-49 and 25-54. That growth is not just limited to primetime, as our
game show block of "Supermarket Sweep", "Shop 'Til You Drop" and "Family Feud" has improved +42% since
its premiere week."
