TERMS: Transfer of stock. Union is exercising its option to purchase First Broadcasting's 50% interest in KZPL, thus giving Union 100% interest in the station.
BUYER: Union Broadcasting Inc., headed by Chairman/Director Jerry Green. It owns two other stations: including KCTE-AM & WHB -AM/Kansas City.
SELLER: First Broadcasting Company LP, headed by Pres /Vice Chairman Gary M. Lawrence.
FREQUENCY: 97.3 MHz
POWER: 55kw at 1,171 feet
