INFINITY Top 40/Mainstream and AC KMXV & KSRC/KANSAS CITY Ops. Dir. JON ZELLNER has been promoted to VP/Programming INFINITY/KANSAS CITY. ZELLNER will continue the day-to-day programming duties at KMXV and KSRC and will oversee Country outlets KFKF and KBEQ. He continues to assist in the startup process at WNEW/NEW YORK.
