Reports out of WICHITA, KS have local police asking WICHITA club owners to stop playing LIL JON & THE EAST SIDE BOYZ "Put Yo Hood Up". The police say the song was responsible for a nightclub shooting that left five people wounded earlier this week. WICHITA POLICE say the song was played a role in a murder in Arkansas.

ENTERCOM Top 40/Rhythmic KDGS (POWER 93.3)/WICHITA PD GREG WILLIAMS commented, "This just highlights how out of touch local law enforcement is the the community. To suggest that a song would be responsible and that a police officer would speak on behalf of the entire department is ridiculous."
